Always dress according to the specification sent out by the branch manager

Always arrive at the outlet at least 20min before the start time of the promotion
Always make sure your setup looks neat and clean and keep your station as clean and tidy as possible
We are a team each individual needs to work well with his/her peers. Treat each other with respect and conduct yourself with integrity
All of the promotional items and clothing are the property of the company or our clients. Take care of these items and return them in good condition.
Payment will be made on the first work day after the final day of the month. You have to submit your contract with YOUR OWN FULL BANKING DETAILS in order to receive payment.
If you have to cancel you need to do so at least 1day before the promotion, failure to do so will result in you being removed from our database permanently.
Everyone has to stick to the booking sheet and breakdown sent and must stick to the promotions they are assigned to unless changes are requested by the Branch Manager.
If your feedback forms and control forms are not completed properly and completely you will NOT GET PAID
If we cannot use the photos you send because you did not follow the dresscode regulations you will NOT GET PAID
Any disputes, complaints and requests must be submitted to the branch manager in your area.
For ALL Activations you need to submit the following along with your feedback form:
  1. Check in photo with the outlet name visible
  2. Setup photo so we can see you have all the elements and you are dressed correctly.
  3. At least 10 good quality pictures of the activation.
  4. A photo of each slip for each sale made
  5. A photo of the left over prizes/stock with a count of these at the end of the activation
Promo’s@Perfection, its employees, our clients, the venues we work in or the consumers we interact with will not be held liable for any damages, injuries or loss that may occur during working hours. Promo’s@Perfection will take no responsibility for any injury occurring whilst travelling with them, you do so at your own risk. Promo’s@Perfection herewith received a copy of your Identity Document and therefore will not be held liable should you be under the legal age and your Identity Document is forged. If so we reserve the right to dismiss you with immediate effect.
All elements, stock, prizes, promoter clothing and other items that are given to you to execute the shifts you are assigned to, remains the legal property of Promo's@Perfection and their respective clients. Failure to return these, returning short on what you received or an imbalance between what you used and what you returned will result in immediate dismissal and is considered theft which will lead to prosecution through the relevant authorities.
Promo's@Perfection reserves the right to withhold payment until all property given to the promoter is returned in the same condition you received it.
Promo's@Perfection reserves the right to refuse payment if you did not deliver the service at the level required of you. Our brief to each promoter prior to each activation will be clear and detailed, failing to deliver on this will result in a breach of agreement and we will not pay for any service that does not meet the standards required in the brief.
Any TASTING STOCK (alcoholic or non alcoholic) that might be left over from any activation should either be returned to Promo's@Perfection or left with the outlet manager/owner. A detailed count of this should be sent to you branch manager. If ANY STOCK is missing after an activation the cost of this will be either 1. Deducted off your pay 2. You will be liable to refund us the stock or the Rand value of said stock. And you will be removed from our database.
If you cancel a shift that you agreed to with less than 24hrs notice you will be removed from database.
In my capacity as brand ambassador for BRIZOLINE (PTY)LTD T/A PROMO’S@PERFECTION (‘the Company”) I acknowledge & agree that:1. I understand the risks associated with COVID 19 and understand the manner in which the virus spreads. 2. I am aware of, and understand, the policies that the Company has implemented in order to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID 19. 3. Given the nature of the COVID 19 virus I know and understand the risks associated with my rendition of services to the Company. I accept these risks and agree that I cannot hold the Company or its staff, directors or shareholders liable for the transmission of, or any outbreak of, the virus or of my contracting the virus. I indemnify, waive any right I might have to institute any claim of any kind against the Company, its staff, directors and shareholders in this regard and in relation to COVID-19. 4. This document does not exclude or limit any liability that is not capable of exclusion or limitation by law. 5. I agree and undertake that: a. I will adhere to all policies that the Company has put in place with regard to COVID 19. b. I will remain at home if I show any symptoms of COVID 19, or am otherwise sick. These symptoms include, but are not limited to, cough, fever, tiredness, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, diarrhoea, headache, loss of taste or smell, rash or chest pain. c. I will inform the Company immediately if I am sick or if anyone else in my household has been infected with COVID 19. In this event, I undertake to self-quarantine for 14 days. 6. In order to ensure the safety of the staff, customers and clients of the Company, I will wear a mask at all times when I am in contact with the staff, customers and clients of the company. 7. I understand and acknowledge the importance of social distancing and shall practice it when- and wherever practical.I HEREBY DECLARE AND CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS AN INDEMNITY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby agree that I have read and I understand all the rules, terms and conditions of the Service Level Agreement I am entering into with Promo's@Perfection. I undertake to uphold this Service Level Agreement during my shifts. I understand that failing to comply with this Service Level Agreement will get me removed from the database and that Promo's@Perfection will have the right to withhold/deduct my earnings in accordance with my actions.
